Radiohead was originally called “On a Friday.” They changed their name and released their first EP in 1992 called ‘Drill.’ This EP helped them get a record deal with EMI and release their first hit single ‘Creep.’ A year later they came out with their first full-length album, “Pablo Honey.” After extensive touring in the U.S., the album went gold because of the heavy airplay of the single “Creep.”
