Step One
- Repeat the warm up 1 routine. If you started session 1 out at 60 bpm, you should now try for 64 bpm. Click here for a printable version of the warm up routine.
Step Two
- Download the music for 1.4 practice (PDF) and print it out.
Step Three
- Download session 1.4 MP3 file.
- Listen to the audio with your guitar in hand and your music in front of you.
Step Four
