This is a very DAUNTING song to play, but it really isn't hard.
Remember to keep the open string notes ringing, and you will
need to play the open strings twice before hitting the next note.
Keep a constant bass note using your thumb for the Low E string
that you tuned to a D.
You can use one finger for this song if
you want, as it MAY be easier to play that way. I would use
your 1st finger for the notes on your fretting hand, your thumb
for the bass notes open on your picking hand,
and your 1st finger on your picking hand to play the actual
fretted notes.
When you do this, your fingers on your picking hand should form
a triangle.
