There are three guitar parts in the intro.

Guitar 1 is playing the chords, which are below :

Guitar 2 is playing the tabbed out part on the top. YOU MAY NOT be able to bend the fourth fret fully, as shown below. We didn't do it either. What we did do was transcribe it to the sixth fret as a hammer. What you will need to do is play the fourth fret as shown, but DO NOT bend the note. Just hammer from there to the sixth fret and you will produce the same results. That is also a little FYI for you. A full bend will mean that you are trying to produce the desired note that is actually two frets down ( the sixth fret depending on how you count ) .
