Endurance Exercise 6

Place your 1st finger on the 5th fret and hammer-on/pull-off
the 8th fret with your 4th finger and hammer-on/pull-off

the 6th fret with your 2nd finger.

Practice this trill
until you can sound each note loudly for an extended
period of time (a minute or 2) without having to pick
any note
except for the 1st note.

Endurance Exercise 7

This one is a little tough to hit the right notes on,
but start slowly and you’ll get it if you keep working

on it.

Endurance Exercise 8

This one will certainly confuse your fingers and that’s
the whole purpose of the exercise. Don’t get frustrated!
If you do, come back to it later.
